Agreement to these terms

These terms of use govern your use of clearitpricing.com, run by Clear IT Pricing ("we", "us"). By using the site or sending a request through it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms take effect October 13, 2026.

What the service is

Clear IT Pricing publishes guides about managed IT, cybersecurity and compliance for US businesses, and lets a business send a request for help through a form. We review each request and pass it to one IT provider in our network, or for larger or security and compliance projects to an advisory partner. That provider contacts the business directly.

The service is free for businesses. Providers may pay us a referral fee for requests we pass to them. You have no obligation to hire, meet or reply to any provider.

What the service is not

Clear IT Pricing is not an IT provider, managed service provider, security firm, law firm, accounting firm or assessor. We do not install, manage, monitor or secure any systems, and we do not perform any of the work a provider may offer you.

We are not a party to any agreement between you and a provider. Any quote, contract, payment, warranty or dispute is between you and that provider.

No guarantee of providers or results

Providers and advisory partners are independent businesses. They are not our employees or agents, we are not in a legal partnership with them, and we do not control how they work.

We do not endorse, rate, certify or vouch for any provider, and passing your request to one is not a recommendation. We do not guarantee that a provider will contact you, that they will be available, or the quality, cost, timeliness, security or outcome of any work they do. Before you hire anyone, check references, confirm qualifications that matter to you, and read the contract terms yourself.

Information on the site is general guidance

Our guides are general information for business readers. They are not legal, tax, accounting, insurance, security or other professional advice, and they do not create any professional relationship.

Rules, prices and dates change. We cite sources and work to keep pages current, but we do not guarantee that every page is complete, accurate or up to date when you read it. Confirm what a law or contract requires of your business with your own counsel, assessor, insurer or accountant before you act on it.

Your responsibilities and acceptable use

When you use the site, you agree to:

  • Give true, current information in any request, and send requests only for a real business need
  • Use only contact details you are authorized to use
  • Not send requests on behalf of someone else without their permission
  • Not use the form to pitch your own products or services, apply for jobs, or test the form
  • Not scrape, copy in bulk, or automatically collect content or data from the site
  • Not try to get around the bot check, probe for vulnerabilities, or disrupt the site
  • Not upload or send anything unlawful, harmful or infringing

We may refuse, remove or not pass on any request, and block access to the site, at our discretion.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Clear IT Pricing and its owners and service providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business, arising from your use of the site, any guide, or any provider you are put in contact with.

This includes any act, omission, work product, security incident or contract dispute involving a provider or advisory partner. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the site or the service is limited to $100. Some states do not allow certain limits on liability, so some of these limits may not apply to you.
